It’s a Grand old Canyon! It’s a high-flying Canyon! It’s…well, not a letdown, but maybe kind of hard to appreciate from the top of the rim? Anyway, Dave and Tara leave Flagstaff but continue exploring Arizona by visiting both the Meteor Crater (FEEL THE IMPACT!) and the aforementioned Grand Canyon. There’s also first glimpses of Kokopelli, red rocks, and Utah. And the promise of the first Starbucks in days! Well, one day. But it *really* felt like longer. Oh — and if anyone is in the market for Indian jewellery, we know where to point you.

I think after listening to this podcast I will have a smile on my face all day. This episode takes over the title of favorite podcast from the redwood forest episode. You guys and all of your creative/internet endeavors continue to rock. Also if you didn’t want to go back to cartoonyness this time, going for the full Ben Stein monotone intro would have also been really funny.
Oh yea and speaking of Flintstone park, could Tara’s childhood memories be of the Flintstone park in BC? There used to be one in Chilliwack, which had like the houses and the foot powered cars and that sort of thing. I think at some point in the 90’s they either got sued or lost their license to use the characters because now it is just called Dinotown, even though I am pretty sure it has all the same stuff.
